Welcome to Woodland Estates

Woodland Estates is an intimate community of natural beauty and leisure less than two miles from Burnt Store Marina and a short 15-minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda.  The community's triangular shape is shaded by towering Florida pines and centered around a large lake that the HOA maintains.
